    Parade of people marching past balcony on which stand unidentified people (Possibly King Carol). The people marching are in an odd assortment of uniforms and are giving fascist salutes.

    N.B. It is not clear how the parade material is connected to the anniversary celebrations.

    Hello! The name of the town is on this film Klausenburg - or as his official name is today Cluj (Cluj-Napoca), which is Kolozsvár in Hungarian - whichever you prefer :-D.
