Lady Nancy Astor receives warm applause. She talks about her work in a hospital in WWI. She talks about her father and singing. She joins the audience in a version of the song 'Pack up your troubles in an old kit bag'. The audience are led by a strange looking conductor. Lady Astor tells them they don't sing 'half as good as the wounded'. They then strike up with a version of 'I wish I was in Dixie' led again by the strange looking man.
N.B. Film shows signs of decomposition.
