At this stage, penguins are white with red heads.

    M/S of a man dipping the penguins into liquid chocolate (chocolate sauce) from their backs so that the penguins' bellies are still white. He puts them on another tray, along with other chocolate penguins. C/U shot of a penguin being dipped into chocolate sauce. C/U shot of another penguin being dipped into chocolate sauce. C/U shot of the man's face as he works.

    This is Mr Paul Gough, confectioner for 28 years, who has won international awards for his work in marzipan. C/U shot of the dipped penguins standing on a tray. M/S of Mr Gough using a little paper bag with a hole to (presumably) make their eyes. C/U shot of Mr Gough's face as he works. C/U shot of a hand dotting penguins' eyes. L/S of a nicely decorated table filled with food.

    C/U top shot of a fruit ball with oranges, bananas and strawberries in it - all made of marzipan. C/U shot of an orange - great work. C/U shot of a penguin on a little stand - very pretty. A hand appears and replaces the penguin with a seal juggling a ball. C/U shot of a cake being decorated - transformed into merry-go-round which at the end starts turning.

    Note: a Pathe website user has informed us that this item was filmed in the demonstration room at the factory of J.F. Renshaw in Locks Lane, Mitcham, Surrey.
