    A memorial to Masaryk former Czechoslovakian President, is unveiled in Pakance, his home town, Czechoslovakia.

    Crowds gathered to witness unveiling. A runner lights an Olympic flame. LS a bust of Masaryk mounted on a concrete pedestal being unveiled. MS the bust.

    CU library shots of Masaryk as he was in the last days of his life: seated in the garden of his home with his son Jan and his grandchildren. CU Masaryk seated at the fireside of his house. MS dressed in military like peaked cap and jacket walking on the wooded slopes near his home.

    MS funeral, the body is carried on a horse drawn gun carriage. His son follows behind the coffin.
