Opens w/ shot of Admiral Beatty with wife and child; a young boy whose eyes are rolling around (seems to be doing it for a laugh! SL). CU Beatty & wife (wearing a fascinating veil which looks like squiggles all over her face!).

    Shots looking down at motorcade procession accompanied by US Army soldiers on foot & on horseback; large crowds line the street. Beatty & others walk toward City Hall entrance. MS group posing on steps. Big flag display; with both Stars & Stripes and Union Jacks covering front of building; pan down to crowd on steps.

    CU Lieutenant-General Baron Jules Jacques of Belgium; another distinguished guest; w/ other men on either side. Pan along group of men. CU Jacques salutes; man on right holds hat over his breast. Military leaders walk past row of US marines? General Armando Diaz of Italy and others.

    Nice shot looking out through double doors w/ a pair of guards; soldiers march in park in BG. CU 2 Japanese military VIPs: Vice-admiral (?); Major-General Tanaka. Japanese delegates w/ American General John Pershing.
