A soon as the reporter is gone Charlie Chart smiles and turns to alter price ticket on stall. CU. Hands turning 1/- ticket to 2/-.
GV. Pan, Lyons party at the Regent Palace for four foster mothers and children. CU. Large cake "To Mother." SV. Two of the foster mothers eating at table. SV. Girls eating at table. SV.
