    "man in a boat, wearing white jump-suit" - the man is R W Weatherall, in his boat "ITSIT XI", who features in clip 786.16.

    In the other clip, which is dated 1929, Weatherall is in his boat "ITSIT IV" - the fact that in THIS clip Weatherall is driving the much later marque "ITSIT XI" means the clip should almost certainly be re-dated to 1930-1939.
