The footage is from a luncheon given to T. P. O' Connor, as Father of the House, at the House of Commons on May 15th 1923 in recognition of his long association with the House. He was presented with a print and a gold snuff box. The man seated on his right in the group scene is Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. J. H. Whitley. The footage was taken after the luncheon which was attended by members of all British parties.
