    Liverpool, Merseyside. M/S as the Mayor of Wallasey inspects veterans of Zeebrugge, M/S as they file onto the "Royal Daffodil II" for a memorial service on the Mersey. Various shots as they sail along. Various shots of veteran soldiers. The mayor places a wreath on the permanent memorial on deck. C/U of the memorial.
