Strange miscellany of quirky bits and pieces - club swinging, road drilling, piano playing etc.
No title. C/U of a man blowing bubbles. He holds a glass of bubble mixture and blows the bubbles with the aid of a little pipe. "Then there's the club swinger...he'd go on until his beard tripped him up..." M/S of a man swinging clubs. Through the use of dissolves the man appears to get older and older - his body droops and he pretends to be really tired. He eventually has white hair and a long beard - quite funny! M/S of the Flying Scotsman locomotive outside a railway station. Dissolve into a C/U of the engine with driver and another worker standing on the footplate. "In London, every "Circus" has a non-stop whirlabout of its own." High angle shot of a busy traffic intersection (Piccadilly Circus?) - trolley buses and cars.
"Like the Dentist, the man with the non-stop drill bores us to tears." M/S of a group of men working on the road. A pneumatic drill is being used to break up the road, three other men stand by with shovels and a pickaxe. All the men wear flat caps. "And persevering Priscilla nearly perseveres us out of mind on her non-stop way." M/S of a girl playing a piano and a man supposedly in the house next door getting annoyed about the noise. They are separated by a fake wall, the man wears pyjamas. C/U of the girl playing the piano. She wears large glasses and a big bow around her hair. She peers at the music propped up on the piano and pretends to be playing really badly. The man next door puts his fingers in his ears and paces backwards and forwards. "Lots of us know this non-stopper..." M/S of a man sitting at a desk with a microphone hanging down in front of him. Behind him is a sign which reads: "Silence during broadcasting." He seems to be reading out a news report or similar - very exaggerated movements, over acting! Ends.

Note: flash-frame intertitles. Note in paper records states "non stop Novelties" as the description for this item. Can't work out what links them together - if anything!
