Pathetone Parade of 1939 (Part 2). Compilation of turns - continued.

Commentator introduces juggler Stetson, dressed in black tie and evening dress. He juggles top hats on and off his head very quickly to the tune of 'Three Blind Mice'. Some shots show his skill in slow motion. Then Stetson juggles brilliantly with three oblong boxes or bricks - he's amazing! (Even with some of the 'tapping' noises out of synch.) The tune playing for this section is a sailor's hornpipe. (This is probably missing item from PT 273.)

Two brief shots of warships at sea as commentator introduces ventriloquist Arthur Prince with his puppet, Jim. We see Arthur, dressed as a naval officer, sitting with Jim (wearing sailor suit) on a set dressed to look like the deck of a ship. The pair carry on a long conversation about things being relative to other things. Arthur tells Jim that a camel is relative to the desert, saying "You know what a camel is?". Jim replies "It's a horse with knobs on!". When asked to describe the difference between an elephant and a flea, Jim says "An elephant can have thousands of fleas, but a flea can't have an elephant". (Unable to determine where this item originates from; could be missing item from PT 160 or 175.)

Commentator introduces Mario de Pietro. We see Mario in evening dress, playing the mandolin with one leg up on a chair. A woman in a ruffled evening dress accompanies him on the piano in the background. The tune is a fast version of one of the pieces from 'The Nutcracker Suite' by Tchaikovsky, with several twiddly bits added on here and there. (Unable to determine where this item originates from - could be missing item PT 241.)
