The woman on the left in this film is Margot Asquith, wife of the former Prime Minister of England, Herbert Asquith. The man is the Romanian Prince Antoine Bibesco, her son-in-law. The third (young) woman is his wife, Princess Elizabeth (Asquith) Bibesco , 22 years his junior, the only daughter of Margot and Herbert Asquith. The Prince and Princess are on their way to his post as Romanian ambassador to the U.S. (from 1921-1926). Margot thought Bibesco's marriage to her daughter (in 1919) had been a great coup. Was it?
