    General view of York Racecourse. A coach arrives at the racecourse. Actress Rita Tushingham comes down the steps, followed by film actresses / starlets Liz Fraser, June Thorburn and Carole Lesley. They are all greeted by actors Roger Moore and Patrick Macnee (just seen). They make their way to the stand. The meet is organised to raise money for the Variety Club.

    Shots of the racecourse and crowds. Jockeys walk towards their mounts and horses are paraded. Billy Butlin talks to a jockey. Rita Tushingham and husband Terry Bicknell study the runners in a paper. Crowds of people wander around the bookmakers' stands. June Thorburn places a bet. A group of men look at the race through binoculars.

    L/S of jockey Joe Mercer winning the race on Tumbrel. Liz Fraser looks joyful and kisses the man next to her. Tumbrel is unsaddled. Billy Butlin presents a trophy cup to trainer Jack (RJ) Colling. Carole Lesley collects her winnings and kisses the money; Patrick McNee Stands beside her.

    Paragraph 2 - "Rita Tushingham and a man" - the man is her first husband, photographer Terry Bicknell.

    "Jack Collin" should read Jack Colling.

    Two mentions of "Patrick McNee" in the shots list, plus a further one in the tags, should read Patrick Macnee.
