The 600 th anniversary of Richmond is celebrated with large Pageant, Greater London.
Full titles read: "RICHMOND'S 600TH ANNIVERSARY - celebrated by fine Pageant."

Amendment May 2011:
Alan Gilpin wrote in to say that this is not Greater London but Richmond in North Yorkshire, as can be seen from the Ox Roast in the cobbled market and the wooden mock-up of a Norman Castle in the field below the Culloden Tower.

Originally the digital canister notes said "Richmond, Greater London". A viewer wrote in telling us that this is Richmond in North Yorkshire, and that the reel shows the 600th anniversary of the granting of the Richmond market charter.
