Shot of group of boys with guns standing in field; pan across to boys facing the others; in a square; one taller; teenage boy in front of line. The Lord Mayor's contingent arrives. The lord m. of course in weird feathery hat and robes; with another man in robes and a lady in long dress; and coat and hat with feather. Following them are more adults in odd outfits; walking between the boys.

    Shot outside the big building; with ivy on walls; very traditional and school-like. A few ladies and gentlemen walk by; and one car drives up. At ceremony for the opening. Upper class people standing outside; uniformed boys with rifles on sides of road; coaches drive through and towards camera; CUs coaches pulling up; people descending from coaches; incl. Lord Mayor in 3rd. Lord Mayor greeting people. Several men in robes walking down steps; building in BG. Ceremony; children; guns.
