    The date range of this clip needs extending to 1969, to cover the introduction of the following vehicles......

    "people looking over hover train device" - this appears to be one of the prototypes for the abandoned "Aerotrain" (L'Aerotrain) project in France.

    "VS of hovercraft" - the craft is the SEDAM N.300 Naviplane.

    "weird and wonderful modern designs for small cars" - amongst the vehicles shown, at 00:59 we see the Quasar-Unipower, designed by Quasar Khanh and built by Unipower.
