VS The Royal family on the bridge of HMS Vanguard watching HMS Nigeria pass close by. MS Good informal shots of the Princesses (Elizabeth and Margaret) playing with young ships officers on deck. CU Good close ups of the Queen wearing a new style white turban. VS the fancy dress parade of King Neptune's court, before the crossing the line ceremony. MS the Princesses have their noses powdered in lieu of the usual ducking. The ceremonial barbers are Chief Petty Officers Sullivan of Portsmouth and Petty officer Brown of Banbury.
