    Title: "Royal Sympathy for Flood Victims. Belgium's King and Queen tour the streets of Namur in an Army Pontoon".

    M/S of a flooded town street, a man in uniform - King Albert - walks along a raised pathway made of planks, soldiers and onlookers stand on every available bit of dry land to greet him, the Queen and several dignitaries follow him along the pathway and get into a rowing boat.

    Various point of view shot from a moving vessel following the Royal party in their pontoon travelling down badly flooded streets, more rowing boats follow behind. People wave at the King and Queen from upper-storey windows of flooded buildings, one man even tips his hat whilst clinging onto a lamp post. C/U of the King, Queen and Royal entourage in the pontoon.

    After a few seconds of spacing, story resumes at 01:11:09, looks like cuts. More shots of the King and Queen getting into the army pontoon. More shots of the flotilla of boats following the Royal pontoon. Various shots of chaotic scenes as soldiers try to manoeuvre the pontoon around. Brief shot of rowing crew - from another story in this Gazette issue, INTERVARSITY BOAT RACE.

    Various high angled L/Ss of the burst river and flooded city of Namur. Various shots of ordinary people in boats and walking along the raised pathways.
