Construction and pylon workers can keep themselves safe with a new device.
Medway, Kent and Leatherhead, Surrey.

At Leatherhead, men are at work on an electricity pylon. M/S from ground of a man climbing up the pylon. There are various shots of him on the structure. He reaches out and grabs the safety pulley and fixes it behind him to his body belt. He now has his hands free to work and move about. High angle shot of two men on the ground heaving on rope to pull up insulator part.
