    Aerial shot of what looks like a crowded exhibition site next to a wide river - the view from the transatlantic seaplane (flying boat) as it lands. High angled M/S of a crowd of dignitaries and senior officers on the deck of a ship, another newsreel cameraman films them. Amongst them is King Alphonso XIII. C/U of a man in officers uniform - pilot of seaplane, (General) Francisco Franco. M/S of Franco and several other officers standing on the deck of the ship. C/U of Franco, another officer and a group of civilians standing in front of some palm trees, the civilians cheer as the officers walk off.

    The pilot is not Francisco Franco, but his younger brother Ramón. The images are of the reception of Ramón Franco after completing, aboard the "Plus Ultra", the first transatlantic flight in a single aircraft between Europe and South America. The images also show the crew of the Plus Ultra (Ruiz de Alda, Durán and Rada) and the President of the Government Miguel Primo de Rivera.
