Amendment May 2012: Thanks to jamied who has left a helpful comment: Game was played on 9 December 1964. Apparently this is the Second Leg of a First Round match. "Mraz scoring both goals for Spartak" - first goal was actually from Masek after 68 mins, the second was Mraz after 88. Also seen: Geoff Hurst and Martin Peters.
