"Moss, with his wife Katie, and another young woman" -actually the blonder lady is his sister Pat Moss, while the other lady is a friend, Helga Mayerhofer.

"Moss getting into his Lotus racing car" - it's a Lotus 19.
1959-63 would be a far closer date range for this clip than the current 1960-69.
