Amendment October 2015: A visitor to the site has informed us this footage was filmed in Tyldesley, Lancashire (now part of Greater Manchester). The town is historically a textiles and coal mining town with many cotton mills and collieries. School street and Lune street are shown as well as St. George's church and St. George's colliery.
