    LS Exterior of St. Paul's Church in Frankfurt where exhibition is being held. MS Foreign Minister and former Mayor of West Berlin, Willy Brandt, arriving. MS Motorcade arrives bringing Senegalese President, Leopold Sedar Senghor and West German President Lubke. Various shots, audience seated quietly in the hall, in the audience are Lubke, Senghor and Brandt. CU Dignitaries in the audience including Lubke, Senghor and Brandt. MS Prize of Peace being presented to President Senghor. Various shots, members of audience applauding.

    Various shots outside St. Paul's Church where an armoured car or police carrier stands in the middle of the street with German police on foot and on horseback watching a group of students gathering. MS Group of protestors. LS Police rows in front of Boulevard-Mobel shop. MS Line of mounted police. MS Group of demonstrators give Nazi salutes to police. MS Three mounted policemen. MS Crowd standing by police barriers. (3 shots). Various shots, a minor skirmish breaks out and a fire tender comes and sprinkles water to keep the crowds back. Members of the German Socialist Student Union (SDS) give Nazi salutes at the police. The fire hose is turned on to full power to force the students back, hand to hand fighting with the police occurs. There is no concerted action and the demonstrators are driven back.
