Swimsuit fashion show held in factory canteen.
L/S of the interior of clothes factory. Rows of women sitting in front of machines with piles of fabrics everywhere. Women are making swimsuits. M/S of a girl finishing a swimsuit. "Despite the blaze of colour around them, its nevertheless difficult for the staff to visualise the finished article, so during the tea-breaks, mannequin parades are arranged for their benefit" - tells a voiceover. M/S of the interior of the canteen. Women in yellow uniforms are sitting at tables with their teas and cakes. L/S of a girl wearing green swimming costume with two vertical white stripes. M/S of the girls modelling the costume on improvised beach. Cut to a shot of two men smoking.
C/U shot of the next model's face. Camera pans down to show white swimsuit with cherries on. Swimsuit is called "Mon Cheri". C/U shot of one of the girls in the audience as she drinks her tea. M/S of a beach towel, shell and large paper made tropical plant. Next model wears "Date Mate", - red swimsuit and yellow shirt over it. Another shot of the two men smoking (it looks as if the shot is not from the same film at all).
Two models appear wrapped in beach towels. One is wearing two piece swimsuit called "Illusion", another is wearing black swimsuit with long sleeves called "Vedado". The last swimsuit is sleeveless but has high neckline. It is called "Monaco Stripes". M/S of the girl modelling it. She walks towards the camera.
