The King and Queen stand in fields and chat to Land Army girls. They laugh with the women. King and Queen sit at long tables and eat a meal with the workers. Princess Elizabeth joins the ATS (Auxiliary Territorial Service). Her mother and father look at a car engine, we then see Elizabeth working on an engine. The King and Queen laugh. The King stands with members of the cabinet. King is given three cheers by the services. Various shots of him inspecting troops overseas, visiting the wounded, riding in a tank, meeting Field Marshall Montgomery, etc.
