The spelling of the name in the title, the shots list and the tags should read "Lee Guinness", the man in question being a member of he famous Guinness brewing family.

Not 1919: Brooklands did not reopen until after repairs to the track (damaged by the solid tyres of RFC/RAF trucks) in March 1920, after WW1.
This is the JCC 200-Mile Race on 19th August 1922, won by K.L. Guinness in car No.6, a 1½-litre Talbot Darracq.
The driver is Kenelm Edward "Bill" Lee Guinness, of the Irish brewing family and KLG spark plugs.
