Police holding back massed crowd in High Street. TV. As little girl hands bouquet to Queen, shakes hands with her, curtsies and goes away. GV. Massed crowd in High Street and police holding them back. SV. As the Queen appears on balcony and waves to crowd. SV. Section of crowd waving back. SV. Mayor hands the Queen a scroll. SV. Girls looking from windows. SV. Earl of Onslow hands the Queen the traditional gift of plum cake. The Duke gives it a prod and they have a laugh after cake has been handed back into room.
