The name of the estate is incorrect here - it is Parkleys. It was one of the first estates built by Span. Visible in one of the scenes (40 seconds in) is the architect for the estate (and many other Span estates) Eric Lyons. He is in the centre wearing a dark suit, with one hand in his pocket and the other holding a cigarette.
