He insists every ounce of food available must be properly used and not wasted. Governments have to collaborate to ensure fair distribution. He says it is a call to the nation, and that nature may have intervened and imposed penalty for stupidity of war. He says resources must be used to ensure future happiness of mankind, people applaud as he gets down.
