In Yorktown we see tourists looking at cannons at the battlefield of the War of Independence. Various shots of stalactites in the limestone caves.

Cars drive along the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel; the bridge is interrupted by two mile-long tunnels. Several shots at Virginia Beach; people surfing; sunning on the sand. L/S of the Alan B. At Williamsburg we see several scenes of traditional crafts and ways of life demonstrated by folk in historical costume; the town recreates historic scenes for tourists.
