Robert Brown trains to be a waiter at the Savoy Hotel, London.

M/S pan down Robert in his apron. He is shown the right way to lay the tablecloth on the table. M/S as guests are shown to table and greeted by the restaurant manager Mr Amanda. Robert delivers their order to the kitchens then takes out their plates. C/U dish of food. He tries to pick up hot plates but burns his fingers until he is shown the correct way to do it. Another waiter shows him how to stack plates correctly. C/U as he takes them away. Good C/U's as he pours the coffee for the couple with a steady hand.
