This is a very nice film but I have a few corrections to make to the description.
1. This Winter Carnival took place in St. Paul, Minnesota USA, NOT St. Paul, Alberta Canada
2. The correct spelling of the king's name is Boreas, not Borius
Other information:
The Ice Palace was built in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood of St. Paul in the Bluff Playground near Indian Mounds Park. The larger semi-circle has a diameter of 60 feet. The large building shown in the parade segment is the Minnesota State Capitol. It is located just north of downtown St. Paul where the ice arena was located.
