A group of dwarfs or midgets feed the pigeons in a German city square.
"What a big world this must seem to the Lilliputians - living in a realm of half-sizes." A car draws up in a city square. A group of midgets or dwarfs climb out of the car. They walk towards the camera smiling.
"Even a pigeon seems as big as a hen to the little folk family - !" The midgets feed the pigeons, a large crowd watches them. "Still, life has some compensation - clothes are smaller - and appetite ditto!" Female midget crouches down to get closer to the birds. C/U of the woman, she purses her lips as if whistling. C/U of two others seen from behind as they feed the birds. This was probably shot in Germany.
