Various shots of members of Maquis shaving heads of women who have collaborated with Germans during occupation. The shaving takes place outside the Mayor's offices, a large crowd watches including many children and American GIs. C/U hair falling on ground. The French resistance men then parade the collaborators through the streets to humiliate them. One of the men forces a woman to look at the camera, he makes a "v" sign behind her head.
